This well established business provides mechanical service and repair to truck fleets in Connecticut. Located in central Connecticut, this business operates out of a 5,000 square foot leased building with ample office space in addition to garage floor space accessed by two 16’ bay doors. The building has two sets of restrooms. The business currently services over 100 trucks, 90% of which are associated with a national delivery service. [This service, however, contracts with multiple contractors to provide delivery service, so the concentration of business is greatly reduced.] Due to the nature of the business, service is provided 24 hours per day, six days per week.
The business provides and manages planned maintenance for many of the trucks. It also responds to emergency situations on the road.
