Business is very strong and the Company has a multi-year track record of steady sales volumes. Bidding takes place to secure contracts, sometimes by invitation only. This business is often a subcontractor for the higher profile commercial construction companies. Contracts in place to secure work for the future. Many knowledgeable and experienced staff. Extensive list of good quality shop equipment. Business will be sold complete with shop equipment, vehicles, loaders, and working capital (accounts receivable, inventory, and accounts payable). Ability to read blueprints would be beneficial to the Purchaser but training on that is available locally.
