This cozy, very clean, beautifully decorated restaurant serves the true, authentic food of Hawaii, served here on the 9th island of Las Vegas, NV. The portions are generous, the surroundings impeccable, service is exemplary, and the food….well if you were to read some of the raving reviews online you would read…”definitely got to try this place out,”…”I cannot even begin to explain how good everything is.”…”This is home cooked island fare with a touch of love and happiness,”…”Finally! We found the place that reminds us the most of home (Hawaii).”…”Seriously, I have hit the jackpot of all island gourmet,”…”Prices here are very moderate compared to the great taste and quantity of the food served.” Owner has run successful restaurants in Hawaii and would not be selling this one if not for extenuating circumstances. If he were to stay though he says he could greatly increase the business by adding a few more tables and by opening up the other two days of the week (restaurant is open only five days a week at this point). He would also do more promoting, advertising & marketing (word of mouth alone so far has built a reliable and faithful clientele) and get a larger stove with more burners. Seller also said that Guy Fieri of the TV show Food Network is eager to feature the restaurant on the show “Diners, Drive-ins & Dives.” The seller is delaying this taping for now. If the show does feature this restaurant it could bring in customers from everywhere and anywhere. The show has great credibility. The business provides a good income now and the seller claims that if these measures were implemented, that income could be greatly increased.
