Business Summary:
CaveGrocer: Customizable Paleo Grocery List. This is a idea that came about after my fiance and I went 100% Paleo. The Paleo diet is now followed my millions of people across the country and it is still growing. The problem we came across is finding fun and tasty recipes that don't take hours to prepare. Also, we experienced it can take hours a week at the grocery store to buy the ingredients for the meals.Our app/site solves that problem. Our users can create as many recipes as they want and add to their carts. Now our algorithm(This IP could be extremely valuable) that my developers created takes those recipes and instantly creates a itemized grocery list. Now our users know the exact amount of each item to make their recipes. Our users are saving money, time, and not wasting excess food.
We created a site, android application, and iphone application. We are now up to 900 recipes in our database and growing by about 20-25 recipes a day. I have a lady in the Philippians that I pay $3.5/hour that is uploading recipes daily. Yes you read it right...$3.5/hour. I hired a few ladies here in the states and they demanded $15/hour and didn't do as good of a job. There are limitless was to make $ off this idea. It will take someone to tackle it full time to market it.
Here are a few ideas I had on generating revenue for the site.
-Charge chefs, restaurants, paleo products sites a monthly amount to place ads on our site.
-Charge chefs a premium to feature recipes on our home page
-Start a daily recipe newsletter and charge advertisers to put their product/service on it

I have spent a large amount of $ developing this. If you purchase this app you will get my development team in India to help make more changes and enhancements. I would be more than happy to stay on as a very small stake holder in the company as well. This shows you that I do care about this idea/vision and I will help whoever buys this for the long term. Please note we do not have any revenue yet. The idea is to build the database then start to create revenue. I own a growing mortgage company so I can't give this the attention it deserves.
