They are lightweight, yet strong and versatile. The containers collapse into its own footprint for easy shipping and storage and assembles or collapses in seconds. Different applications include but are not limited to. -Utility Trailer enclosure -Aircraft shipping containers -Hydroponic/Aquaponic grow booths -Military Toboggans-Dwellings or storage sheds The key feature of this design is the double walls 10mm to 13m corrugated plastic single piece enclosure wall. We designed a method that allows us to fold the corners against the rib pattern. This results in a large lightweight, folding one piece wall that interlocks into the grooved formed base and lid.We will include the vacuum forming equipment, granulator and custom cornering machine. We are a stage where demand is present but requires volume to achieve the profitable price points.
