All locations are fully equipped and staffed to handle care services for infants through elementary and each is licensed for 150 children. The company was founded in 1998 with the completed construction of its first location, followed by the construction of other freestanding care facilities between 2002 and 2005. Collectively, the buildings consist of approximately 23,000 square feet and care for over 375 children (as of 12/31/06) is provided. Our client’s underlying philosophy is to provide a clean and safe environment within state-of-the-art facilities staffed with credentialed employees and offering age-appropriate developmental programs designed to stimulate and educate in a caring and nurturing way. The company has approximately 80 employees including managers for each location and a general manager. The company’s business model is time tested and successful.
