Business Description The Company is an innovative real estate rental services company offering a unique system to facilitate apartment rentals for major building management companies and private owners. The company provides a much needed menu of services to major Real Estate Management clients and numerous private single and multi-unit apartment owners. For ALL clients, TPAC provides an efficient acquisition of renters at a rate not available with any other real estate program. Client services range from developing renter interest, to establishing solid appointments for an in-person renter review of the facilities and the viewing of the specific unit. For Company clients that require a full or modified menu of services, TPAC can provide one or more services ranging from advertising, renter qualification, showing of the facility, on-site leasing , running credit checks and preparation of leases and acceptance of deposits. The Company believes and has proven through its proto-type that by specializing only in marketing apartment rentals exclusively, that the company's offering is uniquely superior to all other competitors in the market. The Company is currently seeking to grow its prototype operations with a national rollout that can quickly leverage the prototype concept by the establishment of many Metropolitan area affiliates. Company management believes the ultimate national market is comprised of 60 SMA (Standard Metropolitan Areas). Further funding will support a four year roll out of 25 offices. Of this number, RENTER occupied housing units in the United States is reported at 36,000,844 million total units. Further statistics of the same report indicate that of the total RENTER universe, nearly one third or 11,880,279 million RENTERS move every year.
