Founded in 1971, the Company is a well-recognized distributor of petroleum products in Metro Denver. They supply everything from gasoline and distillate to aviation fuel and racing fuels. The diversification of products makes them a one-stop supplier for petroleum customers. A large part of the company’s revenue is through carrier services, i.e., trucking fuel for other marketers and refiners.
In addition to the wholesale offering of products, the Company also operates a “card lock” station. The clients are corporations that have access to the pumps through use of specific cards, which allows direct purchase of gasoline and other fuels. The station is unmanned and billing is automatic. The office warehouse and the card key station are owned personally by the shareholder and are offered with the sale of the business.
The facility is a petroleum related complex of six buildings with tanks, pumping stations and card key station, on five acres is also for sale. The facility provides an ideal location and set-up for a petroleum distributor or similar business. Total square footage under roof is approximately 29,000 plus fenced and paved yards. The East side of the property, where the card key station is located, has excellent visibility to South Santa Fe Drive. There are six underground tanks and several above ground plus pump islands.
