Business Summary:
This is a full-service restaurant with a dining room and a separate lounge/bar. The menu consists of pastas, pizzas, sandwiches, wraps, salads, steaks and seafood dishes.
The restaurant opened in 2007. In the few months it has been operating, this restaurant has already made a name for itself with virtually no advertising at all. The current owner spent over $225,000.00 on remodeling and purchasing new equipment, and it shows. As you walk in you are immediately greeted by the front desk person. From there you have the option of either going to the right or the left. If you go to the right, you’ll enter the lounge area where you’ll experience a high end sports bar type of atmosphere. Going to the left will take you right into the cozy yet elegant dining room with plenty of tables and high back leather booths, perfect for a private dining experience. The current owner also plans to roll out a catering menu. Recently, he invested in an automatic dough rolling machine and a new pizza oven to offer pizzas. Another important feature is the location of the restaurant. According to the Illinois Department of Transportation, there are over 26,100 cars driving by the front door each day. Also, the building is so close to the road, you can’t possibly miss it when you drive by. With some advertising, it’s only a matter of time before the word gets out and the business really takes off.
