The demographics of Southwest Idaho are such that the population is younger than the national average and has a lower poverty level. Along with the exceptional population growth in the last 20 years, the demand for affordable fast food that meets the demands of the younger population continues to grow. Just keeping up with this growth by adding new stores has been a challenge. The sellers have done an excellent job with human resources in staffing and training during the growth period that the company is now experiencing. THE REASON FOR SELLING The owners would like to diversify their investments. They are now operating in the capacity of general managers and would be willing to stay on for an extended period if needed.
