THE BUSINESS
This business has been in this location for over twenty years. The present owners purchased the business in late 2005 and have added substantially to the revenue stream. A loyal group of regular buyers stop by or phone in their orders. The shop also does a substantial FTD/Teleflora business. Currently two of the owners work the business full time and the shop employs a full time designer who would be willing to stay. The owners typically attend at least one or two of the Bridal shows annually. The 1,200 square foot shop is located in a busy strip mall and the full NNN rent amounts to about $1,580 per month. The lease expires on December 31, 2011 and is assumable. The shop is open Monday through Saturday.
