Quizos Subs opened in September 2002, no upgrades required. The location is outstanding, with a high traffic volume street in front of the store, many closeby retail stores and two office parks around the store. It is located in an upscale income area. The new Quiznos, 'Delivery in a Box', program has not been started. There is a very good lease with an option. It is operated by the owners relatives. The store is very well managed internally but unfortunately no marketing is being done to the street traffic, to the area retail businesses, nor catering to the many office parks. The store has a good solid business foundation to build on. Parking is very good. All that is needed is action.
