The car wash is a complete automated hand car wash. The conveyor is 80 feet long and all equipment was installed by Spinner Industries in Brooklyn, N.Y.
Equipment includes prep guns, soap arches, High pressure spinner blasters, Triple foam arches, Sealer wax arches and blowers. Every piece of equipment is state of the art and top of the line as far as Car Wash equipment goes. Even Laundry Machine is Heavy duty and equipped to last at least 20-30 years without any maintenance.
The Castrol Lube Center is a two bay 4 car outlets. There are 2 nine hundred gallon tanks. Since building has a complete basement, all work done in the quick lube on vehicles is done from downstairs. Therefore, no need for lifts etc. The quick lube is equipped with all of the latest flush machines and diagnostic tools to provide faster and better service to the customers.
The detail Shop is a completely enclosed section for the winter with partially opens for the summer. This section is completely heated in order to not lose any potential business in the cold winter seasons. Detail shop has all of the latest machinery for carpet shampooing, buffing, polishing, compounding and glazing vehicles. Shop can fit 3-4 cars at any given time.
When designing this establishment, many precautions were taken in order to keep monthly costs to a minimum while providing many comforts for employees.
A well was built at 70 feet in the ground where fresh water was found. This well provides all the water for the car wash. Our water bill is only $200 for every 2 months
Our car wash tunnel is equipped with 2 radiant heaters on both sides making sure that no pipes freeze as well as keeping our employees warm while washing the vehicles. The grounds of the car wash were built with Hot water Tubing from underneath in order to prevent freezing water in the winter which could potentially cause accidents. It also keeps employees feet warm. All of this is provided to have a safe and easy winter on both the owner as well as the employees. It keeps the employee turnover to a minimum.
The c-store provides all car necessities as well snacks, coffee, cigarettes and novelties.
The c-store is open along with the quick lube rain or shine. The business is open 7 days a week 13 hours a day regardless of the weather.
