Advent Business Sales is pleased to have

this long standing and very popular public
house.
Established over 45 years ago, the pub has
been in the hands of the current vendor for
over 6 years and is only now being
reluctantly offered for sale due to her
retirement plans.
Currently staffed by the vendor plus 1 full
time and 2 part time employees,, the public
house currently operates a 100% wet sales
trade, although there is a commercial kitchen
on the ground floor.
On football match days more staff are
required to cope with the very large number
of customers.
The pub, which is only tied on bottled and
keg beers, has been voted local Camra pub of

excellent testament to the quality of the real

oven under, tall fridge, tall freezer, 6 ring

range of stainless work units.
Four darts teams support the pub and it also

Net income from the juke box, pool table and
bandits was £18,004 in the last financial
year.
