Today's Cuts & Ultra Tan was established in 1986 by Marla Armbruster as Paris' first family hair and tanning salon. the salon has 6 hair stations and 16 operational tanning beds. We average 250 customers a week in hair and around 75 to 100 a day in tanning during the off season and up to 425 customers a day in tanning season. The stand alone building is approx 3600 square foot, included in the price, with it's own parking. We are also selling Today's Cuts & Ultra Tan in Greenville, Texas. The store front is located in TownSouth Shopping Center on HWY 34. With Approx 4500 SQ FT in the salon, there is tons of room to grow. We have 8 hair stations and 14 operational tanning beds. There is over 1000 sq ft of unused space to set up extensive retail or expand the salon. There remains 4 years left of the lease. The price for the location is very reasonable.
