THE BUSINESS
Advent Business Sales is pleased to offer to
the market this extremely well established
photo processing and dry cleaning business,
which was established by its owner in 1980.
It has reluctantly been placed in our hands
due to other pressing business interests.
Originally started as a dry cleaners, who also
do clothing repairs and alterations, the
business expanded into photographic
processing and picture frames, thus
smoothing over the annual decline in dry
cleaning in summertime with the high
demand for photographic work in the same
period and a reverse situation in winter time.
On the photographic side of the business, the
offer includes transference of video to DVD,
specialised picture framing with/without
surrounds, ordered for samples as well as
passport photos, photocopying both in black
and white as well as colour, photo albums
and a fax facility.
The owner and his wife together with 1 part
time employee staff the business.
An offer has been made by the owner to
whoever takes over, in that he would cover
shop staffing over a holiday period for a new
owner if required.

BUSINESS PREMISES
The shop is a corner site with windows on
