Lake oriented business that offers wide range of goods. We cater to boating, camping and tourist industry. We carry a much greater line of goods than a normal conv. store. We offer gas, deli, restaurant, electrical and plumbing hardware, boat parts and souvenirs. We are an independent gas station and have at least four local suppliers to choose from. We have a boat repair shop as well as boat storage. Primary building has three stages, store area, garage, and restaurant. Any or all of these could be utilized as independent businesses.
