Our company is working with a Sioux Falls group to put together financing for a 25 to 30 million dollar facility right here in our backyard. The new construction plan calls for 150,000 square foot “state of the art” building on 10 + acres. The land has been secured and construction is expected to begin in spring of 2009. The management team is in place. Other facilities in this industry in the region are at capacity.
