This basic Soda & Snack vending route consists of 44 accounts and 107 machines, 59 of which are \\\'free lease\\\'. So called \\\'free lease\\\' machines are soda vending machines that are offered through the Coke & Pepsi companies for use for free to certain vendors. Use of these machines and the relationships with Coke & Pepsi will be established as part of the sale to the Buyer. The accounts are grouped and routed for greatest efficiency and takes the Owner between 24 - 32 hours per week (24 in the winter; 32 in the summer when the drink sales increase). The Owner services all kinds of customers including: government, banks, malls, trucking warehouses and centers, manufacturing, schools, car dealers and other businesses. Some of the Owner\\\'s responsibilities are shopping for product, calling on customers and placing product into machines, removing money from machines, counting money, obtaining new customers, doing paperwork necessary to maintain business. The Owner Will Consider A Down Payment Secured With Real Property @ 7% Interest Per Year With Even Payments Over A Period Of 36 Months.
