Free Standing Bar with Class D license (right to sell on and off premise). Sits on 1.5 acres. Near the bar is a house where a owner or operator can live or rent out for income property. Excellent upside potential for a good operator who takes care of customers. Current operator (not owner who lives out of state) is a very bad operator. Does not currently sell off premise despite the fact they have the correct permitting to do so.
