Business Summary:
This established company provides environmental consulting, environmental remediation and dirt moving and construction services for the oil and gas, petrochemical and refining industries in the Permian Basin. The Company is positioned nicely for takeover. There is little to no day to day involvement of ownership, vendor agreements are in place with major customers, there is little competition in the area, especially on the environmental services side (New Mexico is a highly environmentally regulated state). The Permian Basin continues to be a significant oil and gas producing region in the United States. The Company's equipment is mostly new and the associated equipment debt is relatively low. Though the environmental services are expected to continue to increase, the dirt hauling and construction services, which the majority of is construction of well site pads and roads, is not expected to slow but rather remain steady or increase due to the drilling, work over and production activity in the Permian Basin (current ratio of env. services/construction work is approximately 50/50).
