Successful High Voume Restaurant on Prime Corner for sale in Rapidly Growing City, 30 Miles E. of Downtown Dallas, TX

Business Summary:
The restaurant for sale is located in Royse City, Texas off of Interstate 30. It sits on the South East corner of the main exit into Royse City. On the other corners of the intersection you have McDonalds, Jack In The Box, A Large gas station with KFC, Sonic, and Denny\'s. Directly behind the restaurant property is a 60 room Holiday Express which opened two months ago. The restaurant was the first phase of what will be a 12,000 square foot strip center. Phase two is underway which will add the last 5000 sqft. The restaurant actually is comprised of two businesses, the first is a coffee shop called Roots. Roots is similar to a Starbucks and is located in the front corner of the building (about 500 sqft. ) and has a drive-thru which is shared with Wing Dingers the restaurant. From the outside it looks distinctly like a stand alone business and when you enter is has its own area and theme. When I designed the center I laid it out so the coffee shop can share kitchen area and restrooms with Wing Dingers so I was not duplicating these areas. The coffee shop has state of the art equipment like super-automatic espresso machine and bean roaster. The theme is based on the Northwest. The logo and printed material are all professionally done and creates a national franchise look. The coffee shop is adding a ice cream scoop shop to the menu. This will be located in the coffee shop area and serve 16 flavors of dryers ice cream. Wing Dingers was designed to capture a large clientele. We could not focus on one group or theme. One really has to see the facility to appreciate what has been created. As you approach the facility you enter across the outdoor patio which has block pillars highlighted in the evenings by two large gas torches. As you enter the restaurant you are greeted by a server in a referee outfit who will lead you to one of two eating areas. The first area is a relaxed dining area with many different structural elements. This area is great for families. In this area you find our indoor steak pit where customers can grill their own prime angus steaks or watch our grill cook prepare our famous large fajitas. The second area is our sports room. This area has a basketball theme with wood gym flooring, scoreboard, and basketball hoop. There are six big screen TVs which allow everyone to have a good seat for viewing the game of the week. We also have a special game room for kids to hangout while mom and dad eat. They can even shoot basketballs in our indoor shooting room. Wing Dingers has a full alcohol license; we can make most drinks and carry over 70 different bottled beers. Wing Dingers has Dine in, Delivery, Pickup and Drive-thru. Our menu is not full of filler items, but rather lunch and dinner items we do well. If we serve it, it is meant to be a signature item. We make a great pizza; although we did not intend to be a major player in the local pizza market, we have become the leader. As of last week we are doing over 1100 pizzas a week. Our limitations was our pizza oven. As of this posting we have added additional ovens which will allow us to greatly grow this area. Of course we serve wings; they are our foundation. We have become known for our 100% angus burger with a build-your-own burger bar, hand battered pickles, funnel cakes, specialty salads, and our own Bulldog Rootbeer. We have a built in salad bar which is open all day. I would love to have you stop in and I can give you a walk through of the facility which will give you a better idea of what we have. People ask why I want to sell. The reason is simple for me: I went in with the intent to get it running and move on. I enjoy the journey involved with new ventures. I will soon find something else to chase after, and I will lose focus on this venture.
