Business Summary:
This is an excellent successful 9 yr established sign manufacturing, installation, and service company. They have lots of major clients like Jack in the Box, Fed Ex Kinko’s, Super 8 motels, La Quinta motels, Car dealerships..Etc. Lots of repeat business in all phases of the operation. They also get a lot of de-identification work most recently Circuit City. This company has a great reputation and can do it all from sign design, manufacture, install, and service. They do very little advertising as most of their business comes from referrals. Their best profit year was last year, this is an excellent company with big potential for anyone wanting to take this to the next level. Build sales with advertising (little is done now) hiring sales reps. Etc. The owner is wanting to retire, some owner financing may be available. This is a good one, with a great reputation.
