This is a well established business that has been in continuous operation for more than 50 years. It was remodeled dramatically in 2003 and 2005. The sellers enlarged the building to 6,200 square feet of space in 2005. All the gasoline equipment has been upgraded to DEQ requirements in 2000. It has one tank of 20,000 gallons, 4,000 diesel, 6000 premium and 10,000 regular. This all has double wall protection. The store has a full line of groceries including fresh meat, produce and deli. Being a rural store they sell hardware, sporting equipment and lottery. The town is too small for a large grocery chain to build.
