The store was reopened in July 08 in a totally remodeled shopping plaza. The last half of 08, sales were up 12 % over the same period in 07, with sales up 15% this year! We are projecting minimum sales for 09 at around $550,000.Prior to the remodeling of the shopping plaza, sales in this store were in the $600,000 range. Within a 3-5 year period this store could generate sales in the $750,000 to $1,000,000 range due to the anchors in the plaza and plans to develop the area further. Product breakdown is: Wine 40-45%; liquor 35-40%; beer approximately 20%. Since the store does heavy wine volume, the gross profit margin should be at a minimum of 24%.
