The Company was founded in 1999 to be a full service provider of qualified personnel and managed services to the IT, Telecom and CATV industries for the planning, design, construction and maintenance for wireless and wire line networks, nationwide.
The Company is organized into three separate divisions:
§ Administrative Division
§ Turnkey Solutions Division
§ Staffing Solutions Division
The Company currently holds contractors licenses in the states of California, Tennessee, Florida and Georgia, is registered to conduct business in over 25 states and overall, employs approximately 300 people working for various clients across the country. Approximately 60% of the Companys total revenues are derived from the Staffing Solutions Division, with the remaining 40% coming from the Turnkey Solutions Division.
The Company is contacted to provide qualified personnel to augment clients existing staff in which they supervise and utilize for short and long term projects. Other clients request managed services either per task or for a set of tasks to be completed within a particular timeframe on an hourly, unit, and/or lump sum basis. The Companys personnel and/or managed services are utilized for network expansion, network maintenance and disaster recovery projects.
