Business Summary:
The company is a growing restaurant chain wanting to expand across the country through internal growth and the franchising of restaurants. There are two restaurants open now and a third will be open in late fall 2009. This growing chain is supported by its sister company, which is a food distribution company that has a presence in 37 states and 7 countries.
