Oil Productions Company For Sale Including Real Estate For $3,500,000!. Owner has conflicting interests with his energy consulting company and his other company that has assets of oil PRODUCING wells plus a large reservoir of untapped land full of oil. Current production is producing an expanding $666,271.10 per year (March of 2008 – March of 2009 Figures) Total land is +2,000 acres, 5 productive wells, dozens of reworks candidates that are already drilled, miles and miles of roads and pipe, and 2 different taps. There is oil behind the pipes in all of the wells, and multiple zones that have not been perfed of treatment in any way. Late last year company fraced 4 wells in the shale to find that it is productive (as you know) and gas prices plummeted halting any further progress. Since then company has shut the wells in for time being. Most recent discovery is on a lease that is surround on 3 sides. land IP’d at 13 BOD and 35MCF and is doing roughly 8 BOD and 15 MCF now (with no stimulation). another well adjoining was acidized in the coniferous and now makes 55MCF. This well was drilled roughly 50 years ago and has been leaking for years. Basically, this Company found the oil trends and has mastered their stimulations. The service side of the company comprises of a large shop, bunkhouse for 8 men with all the amenities, lay down yard, all tools, all trailers, drill rig, service rig, air compressor, all sorts of large and small trucks, specialty tool (pipe jenny, pipe fusers, some pipes and other parts, etc. Basically, everything that a new owner would need for current production or any future projects. The only thing that the company does not do is cement and frac. Company even has a downhole color camera truck with natural gamma, 3-d acoustic sonic wave logging tools and a bond log suite. The service company has several customers, all marketing materials, database of all well owners and operators in 5 states, radial jetting distributorship (with a fistful of leads), all geophysical and well data including (seismic, frac charts, logs, camera videos, fracture maps), etc, etc. Company has all the crew(s) and management can be provided if needed.
This company has a relationship with a parts distributor that would allow new owners to put in a mobile parts shop. All that is needed is to hire a $10/hour manager to manage new mobile parts shop.
