DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

The Perks Espresso Cafe is now offering exclusive sales territories
with the rights to develop this successful business concept in select
markets across the United States. Our Area Development program offers
an opportunity for an improved quality of life and greater income

An
Area Development package offers you a greater income potential than
that of an individual licensee. As an Area Developer, you can
generate
income through your own stores if you choose to be an operator, with
significantly reduced costs. In addition, the Area Developer
shares in
the profit on each unit they sell in their territory and/or vacant
territories, and receives a residual income on all product sales and
fees from each open unit in their territory.
A
typical Area Developer will be a self-starter with a strong sales and
marketing background and be comfortable working in a home office
environment with little overhead and few or no employees.
While
experience in the coffee industry is a plus, it is not necessary, as
you will receive industry specific training from the corporate office
from the start and continued support throughout your career.
