Can you see yourself running your own Paintless Dent Repair
business? We want to help you do it. For the first time you can own
your own Flex-A-Dent franchise. As of the
Spring of 2009, Flex-A-Dent has
accomplished their goal to bring many this great opportunity.
The goal was simple, to make it "less expensive"
to become a Franchise owner. As we looked back to our own humble
beginnings, we realized that if we had been required to come up with "tens
of thousands of dollars"
we would never have had a chance to get started. For this reason we
have decided to sell a Franchise for half of the money of a comparable
Auto Cosmetic Repair Franchise.
This may sound "too good to be true", but we are convinced
that this
is good business for us. We think it is easy to set someone up for
failure, by putting them deep in the hole financially, before they have
even had a chance to get going.
We didn't have a lot of money when we started out, so we know
what it feels like. We are more interested in your long
term success.
What is a Franchise Area Developer?
The mission of a Franchised Area Developer is quite simply to
"develop" a Flex-A-Dent Franchise territory. A number of Franchise PDR
technicians will be strategically placed within pre-determined areas
within the territory, to serve both National and Local PDR accounts.
As an Area Developer, you will "head" the ongoing Market
Development
of the Flex-A-Dent Franchise Area. You will administer technician
placement, billing, and quality control. In addition to managing the
continual efforts to increase the local PDR market penetration, you
will work to build the Area Body Shop Network in preparation for a
Catastrophe Hail Storm event.
We like to compare the ongoing administering of the Local PDR
market
as the "baking of the cake". When a Catastrophe Hail Storm event
occurs, and an adequate body shop network has been established, a
tremendous amount of PDR volume in the form of Auto Hail Repair is
generated. That's the "icing on the cake"!
The Area Developer receives a percentage of both the applicable PDR and
Hail Repair volume that is generated within His/her area.
A Low Overhead Business
The PDR business is labor intensive with little or no
materials
involved in the process. There are no parts or product to inventory.
Most of the work being preformed is done on location for the client,
thereby eliminating the need for costly "store" facilities. The
franchise program establishes the work force as independent
contractors, and eliminates expenses related with traditional employees
such as unemployment insurance, matching FICA, workman's comp, etc.
The Franchisee or PDR sub-contractor is responsible for
his/her
daily operating expenses, and gets paid based upon the weekly PDR
volume he/she generates.
Expenses you will incur, may include a modest office space and
related expenses from which to run you business, as well as an employee
to answer phone, generate billing, light accounting, etc.
There will be a minimum of 4 franchises per territory. The
franchisor is responsible for securing the franchisees. The Area
Developer receives 25% of the franchisees revenue in his territory.
