Front Office Staff® is a live
receptionist service
that provides our clients with top quality receptionist answering from
8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. We do
business-to-business services focusing on inbound and outbound calls,
and appointment scheduling for our clients. We have dedicated and well
trained customer service representatives that are able to consistently
provide excellent call handling services in a timely and cost effective
manner.
Whatever the client's customer relation goals are: general
information requests, call transfers, and scheduling appointments, Front
Office Staff® has the people and the expertise to
professionally service those needs.

Performance Workplace by the State of California's Employment Training
Panel (ETP).ETP is a business and labor supported state agency that
assists employers in strengthening their competitive edge by providing
funds to partially off-set the costs of job skills training that is
necessary to maintain high performance workplaces. California’s ETP is
a performance-based program, providing funds for trainees who
successfully complete approved training programs and are retained in
well paying jobs for a specific period of time.
The program is funded by the Employment Training Tax paid by
California employers, and targets firms threatened by out-of-state and
international competition. Since its inception in 1983, the ETP program
has provided over $1 billion to train more than 700,000 workers in over
65,000 California companies. Employers match training funds awarded
through ETP contracts, making these projects true public-private
partnerships.

franchising. Our research has shown:

We have contracted with PowerHouse Franchising, one of the leading
domestic and international regional franchise consulting and
development firms, to help us manage, sell and support our regional
franchise opportunity. Ren Waters, Dan Durney and Elza
Gennicks
are leading the efforts to both develop and support our franchise
organization through sales, marketing, training and post sales support.
Michael Seid and Associates
We have contracted with Michael Seid and Associates, one of the
country's leading domestic and international franchise advisory firms,
to help us franchise the existing business. Kay Ainsley,
Managing Director, and her team will help us with the design of support
systems, operating procedures, manuals and training programs.
Gray Plant Mooty
We have also contracted with Gray, Plant, Mooty, one of the country's
leading franchise and distribution practices that serve franchisors in
regional, national, and international markets. Gaylen
Knack and Max Schott, II,
both Principals, and their team will assist us through every legal
step, from the initial construction of franchise filing documents to
the legal filings and agreements.
