Service Representatives
Hunter Service Representatives provide installation of new equipment, warranty service for new products and continued service for the life of Hunter equipment. They all maintain over $30,000 in parts inventory to enable them to perform one-stop service. Hunter Service Representatives thoroughly train customers on new equipment operation.
Hunter's Technical and Training Team is unique and unequalled to the industry. Each of our Service Representatives are a business owner just like you. They have a vested interest in providing timely professional service at reasonable rates and must maintain high customer satisfaction. As a result of this business to business approach, each Hunter Representative is motivated to provide unequalled support of your investment throughout its life.
Also due to this business to business approach, Hunter Technician and Training Team members have a low turnover rate. Among those past their first year of service, the average is more than seven years, with many reps in the 20-year category.

As an experienced participant in the automotive service equipment market, the distributor is expected to generate additional sales contacts, maintain stock of Hunter equipment, deliver equipment and set up any financing arrangements required by the customer. Hunter's Customer Service Department supports the Sales Organization with sales order data entry, sales follow-up questions, customer satisfaction issues and product information. Customer Service Representatives offer quick response using detailed on-line customer information and database systems.
Field Service Representatives can rely on Hunter's Super Service Center to provide them with the parts, repairs and technical assistance that they need. The Super Service Center maintains an inventory of more than 5,000 unique parts and accessories for virtually every Hunter product made in the past 20 years. By centralizing parts inventories and technical expertise, Hunter makes service support faster and more efficient.
Hunter Prepares You for Success
Your initial training program involves a five-week session at the Hunter Research & Training Center. This training focuses on product and application knowledge.
While gaining experience in the field, you will have opportunities to attend training sessions for professional skills updates and the introduction of new Hunter products. These sessions will continue to occur at various intervals throughout your career.
