Jan-Tek Franchises
With over 36 years of experience in the maintenance field,
Marc
Werschem launches the Jan-Tek Franchise system. The system provides
multiple streams of income for the franchisee while, at the same time,
assuring the client of qualified technicians. A franchisee starts with
five streams of income in the beginning and has the possibility of
adding up to six additional streams of income by specialization in
various other fields within the system. All franchisees are certified
in their initial income streams while attending the week-long home
office training, otherwise known as graduate studies at the Jan-Tek
University. Certification in various specialty fields is done at
various locations throughout the United States throughout the year and
is known as Post Graduate studies. Franchises have become available as
of December 1, 2009.
Individual Franchises
Individual franchises are available in all market areas.
Protected
territories are provided with a minimum population area of at least
75,000 people. A local franchise is the perfect solution for the
individual or group who desire to have a thriving local business
presence and bring in substantial income. Local franchises who desire
to grow to their maximum potential will find that they will have
several crews providing various jobs at all hours of the day and night.
While providing jobs for their local area, they will also create a
24-hr per day cash flow. By becoming certified in various Post Graduate
fields, they will stand out in their community as the "expert to call"
when certain problems arise.
Master franchises
Master franchises are available for those individuals,
corporations
or groups of investors who desire to be involved in the system but who
do not wish to operate a local franchise. A Master Franchisee is
responsible for the growing of local franchises within their respective
state. They will assist in the training of local franchisees as well as
over see them and provide ongoing support for them. While a Master
Franchisee's investment is substantially more, the rewards are also
greater as the Master Franchisee will share in the franchisee fees paid
as well as in the monthly royalties. This is an excellent venture for
someone with leadership skills and the desire to motivate and assist
other in reaching their potentials in these markets.
In order to offer the more specialized services, personnel
must be
certified through classes from Jan-tek University. These post graduate
classes are offered several times a year at different locations around
the United States.
