Make offer. I'm a straight up guy, very creative, but marketing isn't my gig. I also had a death in family which threw me under the bus in 2009. Priced to sell. Would like to see it go to the right person. The last couple years I've been working on my books. Perfect Plan, and Perfect Plan II by Brett Diffley.The pool toys are unique, and patented. Nothing on the market like them. No competition. The squirt guns are my design...self siphoning...and require the molds. The toys are inflatables AND THE DESIGNS ARE INFINITE. Any sport for example...from equipment to logos...if you can get in with someone who has the licensing. Nothing is out of the realm of reality. Even floating poop to boobies for the spring breakers.As for marketing... I got a hold of University of Washington. They have a program for their marketing class in which they pick from several companies to do class a project. Frolicking Floaters beat out 10 other companies. This is where the name change to Aqua Shooters came from. So I also have a complete marketing analysis. When it was done and I went for the final presentation, I asked them...Is this a good product? It was an emphatic yes. But again marketing isn't my thing.I also took this toy to the New York Toy Fair. Largest fair in the world. 3500 venders. Out of all of them this toy was voted most innovative. So yes I thought I'd be rich long before now.This is what's included- Patent (cost 8000), set of molds (18,000), 3000 toys (octopus) in stock (30k), U of W marketing analysts (10,000). This means you can immediately get your feet wet without any further costs. The molds are local too (Seattle area).There's some big money to be made with this toy. Getting in with a franchise...just one...would be huge. Think NFL for example. (Like a Sea Hawk helmet.)I'd even consider going into a partnership with someone that knows how to market. Nothing is off the table. I've spent a small fortune to get this where it is now.Have many pictures of different styles of toy too.
