We have a lead generation business that provides leads for the credit union industry and local community banking industry. The banks and CU's need leads in order to re-deploy and lend out their deposits (deposits are liabilities for banks).
These CU's and small banks are like dinosaurs - not technologically savvy. We help them by setting up lead-generation websites so that they can easily find customers to lend to!
This was a side project that we started a few years ago. The first client that we had told us to shut it down because they couldn't handle all of the leads that were brought to them and they were satisfied with the amount of loans they got in just a few months time.
It's a cash cow business. Charge the CU's around $1500 - $2000/month and you're set up fee will only be $50 - $100 up front, then a few hundred per month MAX for SEO. We will refer you to the back end team that we use, it would be up to you to maintain the relationship.
From there, all you really need is a salesperson.
We are selling because we do not have time to manage the business and even if we did it would only be in Texas where we are located. This is something that will work across the country. We are willing to finance it to you for 10% down, 10% interest and a 50K note over 20 years. Payments of $438.79/month
