This Family of Companies supplies and distributes a variety of products, including automotive parts, snowplows and parts, trailers and parts, and golf carts and parts to individuals, businesses and corporations, retailers, and wholesale customers.
The Family of Companies consists of three synergistic operating companies. The Companies operate with shared resources, including employees, business software, and supply chains, creating efficiencies between each company’s distinct, yet complementary, product and service offering.
The owners are active in daily operations, with one owner overseeing purchasing and inventory management and the other owner autonomously running service shop operations. The owners desire to sell the Family of Companies to a buyer with the resources to help the Companies continue to grow. They do not intend to transition out of the Company for the foreseeable future, but they do wish to obtain a better work-life balance as both owners have young families that demand more of their attention. Both owners are flexible on various forms of structure, including rollover equity and assisting new ownership in the continued success of the Business as minority owners or employees.
The Companies’ facilities are owned through related entities and are well-maintained. Ownership is flexible regarding the sale or lease of the facilities along with the Businesses.
