What is Medical Practice Management?
Medical Practice Management focuses on all the business aspects of running a health care practice ensuring its operational
efficiency and profitability through revenue collection, profit enhancement and medical reimbursement. HCPP provides medical
practice management services by partnering with health care providers to 1) bring more operational efficiencies 2) reduce
expenses, and 3) define new markets and new services. The medical practice management services market is expected to grow
by 22 percent between 2010 and 2020.*
The Market:
HCPP’s target market are health care service providers such as physicians, physical therapists, home care, laboratories,
rehabilitation facilities and any small to mid-size health care provider that processes third party payments. Today, with over
700,000 health care providers in the US, greater than one third use an outside practice management/billing service; and that
number is also expected to grow.₸
The Franchisee Role:
HCPP franchisees focus on account development and account management in their territory. As an HCPP franchisee attracts
accounts into the HCPP system, they earn a percentage of revenue collected each month from each account, therefore receiving
recurring revenue month after month, year after year. Franchisees partner with medical practices providing management and
financial reports, reinforcing good business practices and offering recommendations leading to the continued growth of the
medical practice’s revenue goals. All technical and revenue cycle management functions are provided by HCPP NSource – the
internal processing center for all medical claims.
