Training: Our Initial Training is held in Yorba Linda, CA for 2 days. Training includes a one day classroom session which will discuss safety, operations, advertising and marketing and startup procedures. The second day will be out in the field going over cleaning procedures and customer relations.
Other Info: Once the Owner Operator has established his/her business. They can begin to hire out contractors for their business and create a higher income. This is a great add on service to an existing service business.
In the beginning, the franchisee will be doing the marketing and the cleaning. We have several proven marketing procedures to follow that will help the franchisee get business. We also have some great marketing materials that they can use locally, including flyers, door hangers, signs, etc.
The franchisee will spend time during the day marketing for new clients, scheduling grill appointments via phone, and doing the grill cleanings. We feel a good target is to clean 10 grills per 7 day week.
Eventually, the franchisee can begin recruiting contractors to increase their client flow and revenue potential.
