Logistics Training - How to operate the equipment, how to assemble the containers, warehouse layout and management
Marketing Training - Develop an ongoing marketing program. Outline of grand opening marketing.
Technology Training – How to use the platform provided by Zippy Shell to manage and run your business.
There are only 3 roles in the business. Most franchisees assume one of these. Someone needs to drive the Zippy Shell units and handle warehousing. Typically this is an individual that is hired for about $15-$20 per hour.
Local Business Development is a role that allows for the franchisees business to grow more quickly as they establish referral relationships with local businesses and professionals.
Finally there is a role for customer service. This person is responsible for coordinating the logistics of providing storage or moving services to the customer.
