Training: Training: 4 Days; Our initial Training will consist of a minimum of 4 days at the corporate location in St. Louis, MO. This will consist of extensive classroom training covering subjects ranging from marketing methods to customer service to full operations and use of the technology platforms we use. This is office training will also consist of hands on technological training in regards to repairs, cleaning methods and proper equipment operation.
Following the classroom lessons we will move to on site and on job training in St. Louis. Each franchisee will accompany a seasoned Green Life tech in the field to experience the cleaning process first hand. This will be a two day period and will cover the different varieties of cleans a franchisee will see in any given day.
After our training in St. Louis is complete we will have our Call Center contact commercial clients in the franchisees’ location and set appointments for a Green Life representative to visit. A member from our corporate staff will them visit the location and embark on a 2 day sale campaign for commercial and multi housing accounts. This will display our proven sales techniques while possibly landing new accounts for the franchisee.
After the technological and sales training is complete, each franchisee will be ready to start acquiring new clients and will have the skill necessary to complete the cleans.
Green Life provides each franchisee with continous support so that each owner can be in the field expanding their location and bringing in new accounts.
Our corporate office eliminates the need for the franchisee to answer the phone, send out invoices and update the calendar system.
We encourage each franchisee to hire technicians very soon after opening a Green Life location. Less time spent cleaning equals more time to manage current accounts and increase the amount of new business.
An owner of a Green life location will spend most of his/her day ensuring current accounts are satisifed with service we are providing. In regards to expansion, networking is a very benefical part of the Green Life franchise ownership opportunity. Meeting with key members of companies and groups will help increase accounts and revenue. The ideal Green Life franchisee will be able to juggle these responsibilities and be able to manage their cleaning technicians in the field as well.
